It is a common word in today’s life. People are always running after their hectic schedules trying to make odds meet. The school life, the workplace, the society, and the peer group: all this regular, routine stuff is a source and originator of stress to us. Starting from trifle minor issues to huge personal and professional matters, life tries to add stress and anxiety to our lives constantly. In other words, we can say we create stress for ourselves in whatever we do.

WHAT IS STRESS?


Stress is the reaction a person gives to any stressor outside his body. The stress initiating agent may be environmental, emotional, or social factor. In simple words, it is the body’s reaction to any unpleasant event around it which strongly affects. The body may react through a physical or an emotional reaction.


WHAT IS ANXIETY?


Anxiety is defined as a condition where the person’s inner turmoil makes him/her react in a nervous way on the outer front. The person shows nervous reactions like pacing back and forth, repeating same actions again and again, and many more.


WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS THAT APPEAR IF YOU ARE UNDER STRESS?


There are a variety of symptoms that appear if a person is suffering from stress and anxiety. These symptoms could be related to behaviour, emotional, or physical part of our being.

​CONVOLVULUS PLURICAULIS (SHANKHPUSHPI)

Cinnamon controls vomiting, nausea and diarrhea. Cinnamon paste can be applied to relieve blackheads, pimples and acne.
