You can track the order by putting the tracking no. EPxxxxIN in the EMS/ POST column at the website – www.track-trace.com/post.
In case of tracking in U.S.A. the package can be tracked at this website – www.usps.com.
But please remember, the tracking process works only after 72 hours of shipping.
It will take 7 to 14 working days from the date of dispatch for the products that will be sent to you through India Post. Sometimes, it may get delivered late due to regulations of clearing agencies of the destined country. But generally it does not happen. Because along with the products, we send all the required documents also with our shipments including the copy of our US-FDA registration certificate as well as prescription by a doctor.
In case, if the products are to be deliver at islands or far off places that are not well connected, it may take up to 4 weeks for the product to get delivered.
SHIPPING VIA DHL OR FEDEX – DELIVERS WITHIN 4-5 DAYS!!
In case, if a customer needs quick delivery, we send the products via DHL or FedEx. For that he has to select Express Shipping and has to pay 80 $ extra. And if a customer buy the product cost 1000 $ then we send the products via DHL or FedEx without taking extra charges.
SHIPPING POLICY FOR SOUTH AFRICA, NORWAY, ITALY, SAUDI ARABIA, GERMANY
In general, we send our products via Post or EMS all over the world. And it takes hardly 7 to 10 days to get the products deliver. In case, if the products are to deliver at South Africa, it takes around 4 weeks.
The packages are not delivered via EMS in countries like Norway, Saudi Arabia, and Italy. Hence, we send the packages in these countries via DHL and it takes 4-5 working days to deliver the products.
And the charges for DHL are high and each package costs 80 $ extra as compared to the current prices of our products.
So, if you want the products to get delivered in these countries, then you have to send extra shipping payment (i.e. US $ 80). This problem is only with countries such as South Africa, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Norway and Italy. By selecting the Express shipping, you can easily pay the Extra Shipping cost (80 $).
For Free Shipping, a customer requires to purchase at least a product of 30$ and above. If the amount of the product is less than 30$ then he has to pay extra shipping charges and that is 12$.
Customs duty payment has to be paid by the customer itself, if applied on any package.
DELIVERY IN INDIA
In India, we ship the products via two modes.
First - By DTDC, the normal service, and it takes around 3 to 4 days to deliver the package.
If a customer needs urgent delivery then we ship through another service and that is DTDC-PTP and it takes 48 working hours to deliver the product. For that a customer need to select Express Shipping. In Rural Areas Express shipping is not available.
Second - In some places where DTDC services are not applicable then we ship the products via Indian post and it takes around 8 to 9 days to deliver the product.
For Free Shipping, a customer requires to purchase at least a product of Rs. 500 and above. If the amount of the product is less than Rs. 500 then he has to pay extra shipping charges and that is Rs. 175.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. In some countries, 3-4 % taxes are charged on delivery, which is rare but possible.
There will be no Refund of shipping costs especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned, all other costs are refunded happily except shipping and handling levies which are minimum US$ 25 or 25%, whatever is higher on the value of returned products (for all countries) for small packages.
If customs seize your order and does not return to us, then it is not possible to provide any refund at all.
FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS
We can refund payment for your ordered product or products only if you return them successfully within a week in a good manner, so that we can sell them again. For all refunds, we will deduct Rs. 500 or 25%, whatever is higher on the value of returned products from the total amount we received for your order after taxes or other fees levied by payment processing partners.
There will be no Refund especially if the products are returned by customer after a gap of 15 days from the date of parcel delivered to customer or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned. Although we can resend it for a nominal cost of courier.

WE CANNOT REFUND AT ALL FOR USED AND EMPTY BOTTLES OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS!
